I’ve heard a lot about making money, a lot of money, by selling real estate. Rumor has it that a fellow Ragnarok Online player made a fortune selling real estate and got rich enough to afford a gender change! Now, my post as to who that player is will follow soon enough, but for now I’ll focus on what kind of career is in store for those looking to make a living by selling land and property.

1. Be sociable - you own your time and you spend it on socialization with people who might be looking into investing a part of their hard earned cash into something that doesn’t rot overnight, loses value over time or run away with the caterer.

2. Be eager to help - Investors need all the information they could find about a property. Sincere effort and understanding on a real estate agent’s part will make him or her a valuable resource to these people. And,

3. Be confident of your abilities to make the best presentation. If you can’t close ASAP, at least you made sure that your presentation made a sufficient impact for the prospects to make another inquiry.

I was browsing through The Optical Shop and dreaming of owning one of the eye glasses there. One disadvantage of looking at the personal computer’s screen too long is eye strain, so I decided to window shop for some eye wear. Of course, being a fan of summer, I also looked at the sunglasses. Brand name sunglasses really are worth it to invest on. They have styles that last so whatever the season (of course, we can’t have summer all the time, can we?), these sunglasses look trendy for any attire or fashion style. And, they are impressive because of the brand. So worth it, don’t you all think?

And soon, I was searching for more sun glass shops over the internet. Then I opened another browser and saw nine west sunglasses and kate spade sunglasses! My goshness, how can people who design these things know exactly what a girl is looking for? The Kate Spade ones remind me of celebrities as they walk around pretending to be unobtrusive and regular passers by. Of course, the brand and how they carry the glasses tag them as celebrities so their subterfuge does not really work. Can you see Paris (the Paris) wearing one of these? I can definitely see it on her, so chic! Maybe she will get a pair for her puppy as well. Like mommy, like puppy. Heh.

These designer sunglasses are in demand among women because they somehow change a whole attire. The prettier they are, the better looking a woman’s attire is, even if she’s just wearing her day to day clothes. It seems ironic that even if these big but fashionable sunglasses hide a girl’s eyes, they still make a girl pretty and elegant. Some sunglasses even changes the personality of a woman’s face, like those cat eye shaped glasses that make a girl look… well, catty.
